Mike at a Glance
I’m driven by the realization of ideas: from curiosity to completion.
For 15 years at a publishing company I worked all phases of graphics, principally designed a 16-page weekly magazine: from initial formulation to upload of final digital files. Never missed a deadline.
I’ve produced many branding, explainer, and educational videos for a host of organizations. With flavor chemist Tony Moore, I’ve collaborated on the What’s That Smell? series: life through the lens of flavor chemistry.
Minūte Moments Pictures, my production moniker, yields all facets of video: idea, script, A/V script, storyboard, artwork, animation, music, editing—to final delivery.
I write copy, edit, and ghost write. I self-published my first novel in 2018, have completed a second for imminent release.
I illustrated The Book Bus, published by Schiffer Kids in 2024. A time-lapse video series documents that process.
I’ve built websites, made furniture, and instruments, and rehabbed houses. For decades I’ve made thoughtful things and finished them well.
